Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop ministry implementation workplans for the NCD Joint Declaration
  • Maintain consolidated implementation trackers and follow up on actions
  • Facilitate WHO technical inputs with government focal points
  • Prepare high-level briefing and Cabinet presentation materials
  • Support DGHS NCD and mental-health implementation priorities
  • Document reports, consultations and implementation updates

Role Requirements

  • Experience in noncommunicable diseases, mental health or multisectoral health action
  • Experience coordinating government stakeholders and implementation workplans
  • English proficiency

Desired Criteria

  • Experience with Bangladesh government ministries
  • WHO technical-cooperation experience
