Job Description
Provides support for Alternative Learning Opportunities that help out-of-school adolescents in Bangladesh access flexible learning, literacy, life and employability skills. Three Monitoring Assistants will strengthen district monitoring, data management, coordination and reporting with BNFE authorities and implementing institutions to improve evidence-based programme performance.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to BNFE district teams for planning Alternative Learning Opportunities implementation
- Monitor ALO interventions and strengthen field-level monitoring systems
- Coordinate with district and central BNFE authorities, implementing institutions and training centres
- Manage programme documentation and data for ALO implementation
- Prepare reporting that supports evidence-based decision-making and programme performance
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Social Science, or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in multi-grade and multi-level non-formal primary education programme management, skills interventions and related development work
- Professional communication and reporting skills in English and Bangla
Desired Criteria
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation-related work
- Prior work experience with UNICEF or a UNICEF-supported programme
