National State Consultant – Education Data

Supports data-driven education governance in Madhya Pradesh through the Vidya Samiksha Kendra, which integrates school-information, monitoring and assessment datasets. Based in Bhopal, the consultant analyses education data, identifies system bottlenecks and develops practical recommendations and contextual databases to strengthen policy decisions, learning outcomes and resource allocation.

• Analyse education data to inform decision-making
• Identify bottlenecks affecting education systems
• Provide recommendations to improve systems
• Create databases that address contextual needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or B.Tech
• At least five years of experience in data analysis, report writing and documentation
• Experience working with EMIS data, data analysis, policy and practice
• Expertise using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• Based in Bhopal for the assignment
