Job Description

Supports WHO Central African Republic’s immunization programme through management, analysis and strategic use of vaccination data. The international consultant consolidates and analyses data, monitors coverage, equity and performance indicators, strengthens data-quality assessment and tracking tools, develops dashboards and analytical reports, supports corrective action and data-informed.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Collect clean consolidate and analyse immunization data
  • Analyse programme performance indicators vaccine equity and trends
  • Conduct data-quality assessments and develop monitoring tools
  • Develop interactive dashboards periodic reports and analytical materials
  • Support performance reviews corrective-action follow-up and data-informed decisions
  • Train and mentor counterparts in data management and use

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in statistics biostatistics data science epidemiology public health business intelligence applied mathematics or health information systems
  • At least five years in data analysis data-quality review and action-plan development and follow-up
  • Experience analysing epidemiological or other health databases and assessing data quality
  • Experience using national health-information systems including DHIS2
  • Fluent French

Desired Criteria

  • Training in immunization-programme management health information geospatial analysis monitoring and evaluation or operational research
  • Experience in vaccination programmes epidemiological surveillance or communicable-disease control
  • Experience with United Nations international NGOs ministries of health or technical and financial partners
  • Working knowledge of English
