Job Description
Deliver staff-welfare and psychosocial support for IOM Ukraine. The National Staff Counsellor provides confidential individual and group counselling, critical-incident support, workplace psychosocial risk assessments, mental-health training and preventative initiatives. The role also advises country-office leadership, coordinates emergency welfare responses and referrals, and helps implement the UN Mental Health Strategy and IOM People Strategy.
