Job Description
Strengthens noncommunicable-disease services for the WHO Country Office in Ukraine by providing technical support to national counterparts, coordinating evidence-based health-system interventions and monitoring implementation. The officer contributes to policy, programme planning, partner coordination and reporting so that essential NCD prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation

Summary of Responsibilities

Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in public health, medicine or a related field
- Relevant experience in noncommunicable disease services
- Expert knowledge of English
Desired Criteria
- Master degree in medicine, public health, epidemiology or a related field
- Postgraduate training in NCD service delivery, primary health care or emergency health
- Relevant NCD prevention, surveillance and analysis experience
- WHO or UN experience
- Intermediate knowledge of another UN language
