National Project Assistant
Job Description
Provide administrative, logistical and procurement support to UNIDO’s Zambia artisanal and small-scale mining skills project. Coordinate trainings, missions and events; maintain project calendars, records and stakeholder lists; process SAP procurement and local payments; compile reporting inputs; and support the field project-management unit to deliver capacity-building activities on schedule.

Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six years of relevant administrative, logistical or programme/project support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent written and spoken English
