Job Description

Supports UN Women’s care-training programme in Uzbekistan by adapting learning modules to the care-system context. The home-based national consultant revises the training concept, co-facilitates sessions in Uzbek or Russian, integrates findings on domestic and care work, designs questionnaires, and delivers a report covering implementation, participant feedback and recommendations.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Adapt UN Women care-training modules to Uzbekistan's care-system context
  • Revise the training concept note and develop the agenda
  • Co-facilitate selected training sessions in Uzbek or Russian
  • Integrate findings on formalizing domestic and care work into modules
  • Design pre- and post-training questionnaires
  • Prepare a report on implementation, outcomes, feedback and recommendations

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in training and concept-paper, policy-document, methodology and guideline development
  • At least two years of women's-economic-empowerment expertise
  • Professional experience in Europe and Central Asia
  • Proficiency in English, Uzbek and Russian
