Job Description
Strengthens the Mine Action Project’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system so that humanitarian interventions are measured against plans and quality standards. The role coordinates data collection, evaluations, reporting and knowledge sharing, helping project teams and partners use reliable evidence to improve delivery, learning and accountability in Ukraine.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Refine and maintain monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with annual work plans and results-based management
- Prepare and implement monitoring and evaluation plans that capture qualitative and quantitative project data
- Verify interventions against monitoring plans, identify deviations and track risk and issue logs
- Coordinate MEAL surveys, evaluation tools, after-action reviews and feedback mechanisms
- Manage routine data collection and IMRP entry to maintain accurate and complete monitoring records
- Plan evaluations and disseminate timely results to stakeholders for learning
- Document M&E information for Quantum, IMRP and the Transparency Dashboard
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in business administration, finance, accounting, human resources, social sciences or a related discipline; a bachelor’s degree in these areas with two additional years of qualifying experience may be considered
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in monitoring, reporting, evaluation, research or data management with a bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
Desired Criteria
- Experience collecting, cleaning and managing qualitative and quantitative monitoring data
- Experience with corporate or project monitoring systems, reporting processes or dashboards
- Experience fact-checking, proofreading and consolidating technical inputs for reports
- Experience liaising with project teams, partners and service providers
- Experience with field monitoring, surveys or online and offline data-collection tools
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL or statistical data-analysis tools
