Summary of Responsibilities
- Review agenda, speaker biographies and protocol list
- Develop transitions and contingency announcements
- Welcome delegates and manage ceremonial protocol
- Open and close plenaries and high-level panels
- Anchor discussion in representation, electoral integrity and support systems
- Submit final script and conference summary
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in international development, human rights, law, gender and governance or a related field
- At least two years of experience facilitating or moderating high-level multi-stakeholder conferences
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- AU, SADC or UN conference experience
- Gender, elections and African political-context experience
- Participatory data-collection experience
