The MSF OCA Mobile Staffing Specialist Coordinator leads international mobile-staff resourcing for humanitarian projects worldwide. Based in Amsterdam, the role manages and develops the staffing team, aligns workforce supply with operational demand, improves staffing processes and forecasts, advises senior stakeholders, manages change, and delivers staffing plans, budgets and performance insights.

- Lead and develop the Mobile Staffing Specialists team
- Ensure timely staffing of internationally mobile positions
- Provide workforce planning and forecasting oversight
- Monitor demand and supply gaps and drive solutions
- Improve staffing policies, tools and processes
- Track performance and contribute to annual plans and budgets
Role Requirements
- Five years of MSF staffing experience
- Two years of headquarters coordination experience
- MSF field and headquarters experience
- Full professional English proficiency
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
