Summary of Responsibilities
- Support administrative and logistics aspects of Migration Health Division project implementation
- Track assets, reserves, medication stock and supplies
- Prepare purchase requests and financial documents for direct assistance
- Compile medical case reports and maintain beneficiary case files
- Prepare and distribute appointment schedules to the medical team
- Verify data accuracy and maintain up-to-date appointment lists
- Liaise with teams to receive referrals and contact beneficiaries
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field with two years of professional experience
- High school diploma with four years of professional experience
- Fluency in Arabic and French
Desired Criteria
- Experience with humanitarian or government institutions in multicultural settings
- Understanding of medical terminology or migrant protection issues
- Good knowledge of English
