Markets Development Advisory Analyst

Provides operational, analytical and administrative support for ADB market-development and public-private partnership activities. The analyst will help administer technical assistance, trust-fund and project-preparation operations, manage related data and reporting, support knowledge products and events, and maintain the Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility database and website.

• Implement the OMSF work plan and support knowledge-management activities
• Administer technical assistance, AP3F and trust-fund activities while tracking deliverables and follow-up actions
• Collect and analyse data on public-private partnership and transaction-advisory operations
• Maintain operational data in the AP3F database and website
• Prepare project inputs, monitoring frameworks and PPP-related documents
• Support consultant recruitment and prepare terms of reference and contract variations
• Plan Facility Program Council meetings, outreach and knowledge events

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, public administration or another relevant field
• At least five years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of markets development, public-private partnership policy, project development, infrastructure finance and trust-fund operations
• High proficiency in English

• Experience with international multilateral or bilateral agencies
• Certification or diploma in public-private partnership concepts and theories
