Job Description
This roster-based Legal Assistant role will provide daily care-related legal support to unaccompanied children living in Greece. The post advises children on their rights and legal status, supports protection, family-reunification and residence procedures, connects minors with legal representation, and coordinates with guardians and authorities to safeguard their wellbeing.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group legal counselling to unaccompanied children on rights and legal status
- Organise information sessions on asylum, family reunification and relocation procedures
- Support applications for international protection, family reunification and residence permits
- Refer minors to free legal support and representation programmes
- Maintain action reports and legal-administrative deadlines for children
- Coordinate with guardians and authorities on children’s wellbeing
Role Requirements
- University degree in law
- Professional licence or registration certificate from the relevant professional association
- Fluency in Greek and certified working knowledge of English or French
Desired Criteria
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience at an IOM Emergency Accommodation Facility
- Experience assisting migrants or refugees
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Computer literacy in standard software applications
- Valid driver’s licence with five years of driving experience
