Job Description
Updates Cambodia’s Disability Management Information System and mobile application to support the national disability-identification mechanism and access to social protection services. The national IT consultant improves software architecture and system interoperability across linked government platforms, delivering PHP, Laravel and React development that strengthens disability data, access to services and government coordination.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Upgrade the DMIS mobile application and web systems
- Strengthen interoperability with social protection and government platforms
- Provide technical support for system architecture and software delivery
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, digital systems, coding or relevant equivalent experience
- At least five years of DevOps, PHP, React and JavaScript experience
- Expert PHP and Laravel Framework coding
- English
Desired Criteria
- Fintech or large-scale systems programme experience
- Prior UNICEF or UN organization experience
