The specialist conducts market and financial analysis, supports investment pipelines and due diligence, advises partners on financial instruments and capacity building, and manages investment-linked projects, reporting and knowledge products that mobilise capital for development impact.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and identify investment opportunities
- Structure blended-finance solutions and financial instruments
- Perform due diligence and financial modelling for transactions
- Support investment readiness and capacity building for investees
- Manage investment-linked projects, reporting and monitoring
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field or bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with a master's degree or 9 years with a bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of investment experience
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience in private credit or equity for development-impact investments
- Experience in Asia-Pacific or a compatible time zone
- Experience in the UN system or a similar development finance institution
