Innovation & Analytics Hub Intern

Supports OHCHR’s Innovation and Analytics Hub in Geneva, advancing data, digital innovation, foresight and behavioural-science capabilities for human-rights action. Interns contribute to strategic coordination, digital transformation, analytics or early warning through planning, data products, dashboards, technology deployment, human-rights risk analysis and field-facing knowledge support.

• Organise strategic-planning meetings, outreach initiatives and training workshops
• Create analytics products, slide decks and background papers
• Support digital-transformation initiatives and analytics tools
• Collect, compile and verify data from field presences
• Develop dashboards, visualisations and human-rights indicators
• Monitor emerging human-rights risks and crisis situations
• Prepare human-rights reports, documentation and early-warning analysis

• Enrolment in or completion of a graduate programme, or the final academic year of a bachelor-level programme
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Organisational and coordination skills
• Visual-design experience
• Interest in emerging technologies, innovation or digital transformation
• Experience in data processing, analysis or visualisation
• Knowledge of international human-rights mechanisms
• Human-rights report drafting experience
