The GIS Application Developer supports the OSCE Secretariat's Geographic Information System pilot project in Vienna. The consultancy designs and deploys ArcGIS Online and Experience Builder applications, integrates geospatial data and services, gathers user requirements, performs testing and quality control, and produces technical documentation, handover materials and user guidance.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop ArcGIS Online and Experience Builder applications
- Create custom widgets, themes, layouts and components
- Integrate tabular, geospatial and API data sources
- Manage ArcGIS Online maps, feature layers, forms and dashboards
- Gather user requirements and design technical solutions
- Troubleshoot GIS applications and access issues
- Conduct testing, quality control and user-acceptance support
- Prepare lifecycle standards, handover packages and training materials
Role Requirements
- First-level university degree in a related field
- At least six years of professional GIS experience
- Experience developing enterprise Esri GIS products and ArcGIS Online applications
- Professional fluency in English
- Understanding of information-security principles
Desired Criteria
- GIS or Esri certification
- Project-management or ITIL certification
- Knowledge of OGC, GeoJSON, WMS or WFS
