Summary of Responsibilities

  • Lead technical due diligence across transport projects
  • Translate technical findings into financial and risk implications
  • Assess project designs against demand and operational efficiency
  • Review EPC, operations and concession contractual frameworks
  • Screen opportunities and shape bankable private-financing pathways
  • Advise public counterparts on project and regulatory reforms
  • Monitor portfolio technical performance and corrective actions
  • Develop guidance and share lessons across regions

Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree in transport, civil or related engineering
  • At least 12 years of experience in technical project work and private-sector investment or PPP environments
  • Strong understanding of PPP and concession frameworks
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
