Job Description
Supports IOM Lebanon’s Public Health Unit to implement and monitor health interventions. The consultant coordinates community-based surveillance, screening, outreach and referral activity; verifies programme data; develops reports, trackers and guidance; trains field teams and partners; and provides technical inputs that strengthen service quality, continuity, compliance and programme performance.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation, monitoring and follow-up plans for Public Health Unit interventions
- Prepare monthly progress reports on beneficiary reach, service utilization and referrals
- Consolidate and verify programme data, databases and monitoring records
- Monitor community health screening, outreach, promotion and response activities
- Develop training materials and provide supportive supervision for field teams and partners
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Epidemiology, Health Information Systems, or a related field
- At least three to five years of relevant experience in public health programmes, health system support, disease surveillance, or health project coordination
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
