Leads IOM’s global Goodwill Ambassador and celebrity engagement portfolio, using high-profile partnerships to strengthen advocacy, visibility and private-sector fundraising. The role designs programme strategy, manages ambassador recruitment and governance, develops campaigns and donor engagement, oversees risk and performance measurement, and builds capacity across headquarters, regional and country offices.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead global celebrity engagement strategy and programme roll-out
- Manage Goodwill Ambassador recruitment, onboarding and governance
- Develop celebrity partnerships for advocacy and fundraising
- Lead due diligence and reputational risk management
- Plan high-profile campaigns and field missions
- Measure engagement impact and return on investment
- Develop guidance and training for global focal points
- Supervise staff and consultants
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with seven years of relevant professional experience, or university degree with nine years
- Fluency in English, oral and written
Desired Criteria
- Experience leveraging celebrity engagement for income generation
- Experience in international development or humanitarian contexts
