• Implement the Standard on Fuel Management in country operations
• Develop a consultancy work plan and fuel-management risk register
• Coordinate bulk fuel tank leasing and infrastructure upgrades
• Plan procurement, transportation, installation and commissioning
• Maintain deployment, vendor-performance and site-readiness records
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with UNHCR standards

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related engineering discipline
• At least ten years of relevant international logistics, supply management and fuel-management experience, or eight years with an advanced university degree

• Fuel quality control experience
• Fuel infrastructure optimisation experience
