Job Description
Supports the Resident Coordinator’s Office in Beijing through front-office coordination and administrative assistance. The full-time six-month internship formats correspondence for the Resident Coordinator, coordinates approvals, provides simple translation or interpretation, maintains filing, archives and contact records, and completes ad hoc tasks for the office.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and administrative assistance to the Front Office
- Finalise and format correspondence submitted to the Resident Coordinator
- Coordinate approval of official correspondence
- Provide simple translation and interpretation services when needed
- Support chrono filing, archives and the contact-information database
- Complete ad hoc tasks requested by the office or supervisor
Role Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed a graduate school programme, or enrolled in or completed the final academic year of a first university degree programme
- Field of study closely related to the internship
- Good knowledge of standard software applications including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
