The role analyses, monitors and controls treasury operations; ensures compliance with financial rules and internal-control frameworks; supports investment-management oversight, reporting and risk analysis; maintains sound governance and controls; and works with finance stakeholders to.

• Analyse treasury and investment-management operations
• Monitor and control treasury transactions and exposures
• Ensure compliance with UNOPS financial rules and internal-control frameworks
• Prepare treasury reporting and analysis for management decision-making
• Support investment-management governance and risk oversight
• Coordinate with finance stakeholders on controls, reconciliations and operational issues

• Relevant advanced degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field
• Professional experience in treasury, finance, investment management or financial controls
• Knowledge of financial rules, internal-control frameworks and treasury operations
• Fluent English
