Job Description
Develops a strategic framework for Mozambique’s Every Woman, Every Newborn, Everywhere initiative. The consultant will review maternal, child health and family-planning evidence, engage technical groups and conduct field visits, then produce and validate a Portuguese framework, costing and bilingual presentation to guide maternal and neonatal health action.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review national and global literature on EPMM and ENAP programme options
- Engage maternal health, child health and family-planning technical groups
- Conduct field visits to health facilities in one province
- Facilitate two workshops and incorporate contributions into the framework
- Develop and validate the Portuguese strategic framework and budget
- Prepare a final bilingual PowerPoint presentation
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Health or Public Health
- 5 years of experience working on RMNCAH in Mozambique
- Portuguese and English
