Especialista para apoyo operativo a la gestión de la iniciativa MUNA

UNICEF seeks a UN Volunteer Specialist to support the MUNA initiative, which helps local governments advance adolescent rights policies in Argentina. The role manages information, follows up with teams and implementing partners, supports programme visits, organizes learning materials and communications, and produces operational reports. It is remote, with meetings and national travel as needed.

• Register, update and systematize information supporting management of the MUNA initiative
• Coordinate with municipal teams to obtain documentation for MUNA commitments, self-assessments, action plans and reports
• Follow up with implementing partners on action-plan timelines and operational progress
• Support programme visits and record their results
• Prepare meeting minutes, follow-up notes, presentations and concise operational reports

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing, implementing, following up or monitoring social programmes, public policies or development initiatives
• Experience supporting project operations, tracking schedules, systematizing information and producing concise operational reports
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish

• Experience with child, adolescent, social protection, education, poverty or local development programmes
• Experience working with government actors at provincial or municipal level
• Experience using digital platforms, forms, simple databases or information-management systems
