Job Description
National UN Volunteer role supporting UNICEF India’s Chief of Field Services in New Delhi. The officer strengthens coordination, knowledge management, programme planning and reporting across state field offices and internal sections, maintains action trackers and supports monitoring, oversight and strategic follow-up so field-service priorities and partnerships are delivered coherently.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate management actions and recommendations from field-services meetings
- Strengthen information sharing, reporting and knowledge management across field offices and sections
- Support programme planning, situation analysis, workplans and monitoring processes
- Maintain action trackers and follow up on decisions, deadlines and reporting requirements
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting records and management reports
Role Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in programme management, external relations, public affairs, administration, development cooperation, knowledge management, planning, monitoring or reporting
- Strong drafting, editing and reporting skills
- Ability to work with databases, artificial intelligence tools and standard office technology
- English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with the United Nations or a similar international organization
- Familiarity with quantitative methods, monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms
