Responsibilities

  • Support SmartStart USA pilot growth through school, workforce, agency, employer and industry partner engagement
  • Coordinate stakeholder consultations, pilot activities and programme tracking
  • Research and map philanthropic, corporate and public-sector funding opportunities
  • Prepare partnership and fundraising materials and track engagement with funders and strategic partners
  • Research workforce trends and skills demand for the SmartStart Student and Teacher Portal
  • Coordinate stakeholder feedback and testing for portal development
  • Support virtual and in-person events including the 2027 Annual Partner Convening
  • Develop briefing materials, event content, programme communications and impact reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Candidates should have no more than three years of cumulative work experience including internships
  • Strong research, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and engage diverse stakeholders across industry, government, education and non-profit sectors
  • Interest in advanced manufacturing, supply chains, workforce development, education or ecosystem-building
