Supports the World Bank’s Indonesia energy programme through lending supervision, new-business development and policy dialogue. The consultant combines operational, analytical and advisory work with client coordination, helping projects and technical assistance advance clean energy, resilience, sector reform and investment while supporting government and energy-sector counterparts in Jakarta.

• Support new lending operations and analysis
• Supervise active energy projects and reports
• Coordinate review processes and client communication
• Support technical reviews and procurement oversight
• Develop business and funding proposals
• Support energy-sector dialogue and research

• Master’s degree in engineering economics finance or related field
• At least five years of relevant energy-sector experience
• Indonesian nationality and Jakarta base
• Professional English

• Familiarity with Indonesian energy sector
• Engagement with MEMR MoF PLN or Pertamina
