Job Description
Coordinates health-programme implementation between the Norwegian Red Cross country office and Ukrainian Red Cross Society regional branches. The role monitors delivery, tracks activities and reporting, resolves operational issues and documents results, applying the Operational Framework and humanitarian standards while strengthening information flow, stakeholder coordination and decisions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Align programme implementation with the Operational Framework at field and country levels
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to programme locations across regions
- Track field implementation and escalate operational issues to the Program Coordinator
- Prepare meeting minutes, monitoring reports, field notes and surveys
- Support data collection, verification, reporting and basic data tracking
- Document achievements, beneficiary stories, lessons learned and good practice during field visits
- Prepare programme stories, case studies and communication materials
- Coordinate implementation updates with country-office and Ukrainian Red Cross Society teams
Role Requirements
- Higher university degree in medicine, public health, healthcare management, nursing, physical rehabilitation, health sciences or a closely related field
- Experience supporting programme implementation in humanitarian or development contexts
- Working knowledge of data collection, monitoring tools and reporting applications
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to field locations, including remote areas
Desired Criteria
- Experience working with or supporting partner organizations is an asset
- Good command of French, Spanish or Arabic is preferred
