Job Description
ESCAP seeks a part-time counsellor to provide on-site and online support for United Nations staff in Thailand. The consultant will deliver individual and group counselling, develop resilience and crisis-management training, update learning materials, and support the Mental Health and Wellbeing Action Plan to strengthen staff well-being, workplace resilience and stress-management capacity.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group counselling services
- Design training on stress, crisis management and psychological first aid
- Revise training plans and learning materials
- Deliver psychosocial training for ESCAP personnel
- Support Mental Health and Wellbeing Action Plan outputs
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in clinical psychology, clinical psychiatry or clinical social work
- At least 5 years of experience in psychological counselling or psychotherapy
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Desired Criteria
- Thai language skills
- Experience in substance abuse, traumatic stress or conflict resolution
- Training and facilitation skills
- Clinical counselling license
