Job Description
UNOPS seeks a home-based Coordinator to establish Program Monitoring and Assurance services across Geneva's portfolio. The coordinator will design service models and controls, manage rosters and agreements, advise programmes on grant-risk mitigation, oversee assignment quality and delivery, strengthen capacity and knowledge management, and build donor confidence through independent monitoring.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy new monitoring and assurance services
- Develop standard operating procedures and terms of reference
- Maintain rosters of expert consultants and long-term agreements
- Lead planning, coordination and quality control of assurance services
- Monitor portfolio delivery against work orders and deliverables
- Drive portfolio-wide adoption of lessons learned
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree plus two additional years of relevant experience
- At least five years in project, grant, financial or risk management
- Experience coordinating programme monitoring and quality-assurance services
- Experience directly managing experts
Desired Criteria
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification
- International procurement experience in health
- CIPS or similar professional certification
