Provides specialist advice to the Global Fund for Coral Reefs on environmental safeguards, risk and inclusion across its blended-finance portfolio. The retainer supports safeguards systems and due diligence, assesses risks and mitigation measures, strengthens inclusion practice, advises investment partners, and contributes guidance that protects communities and resilient coral-reef ecosystems.

• Advise on environmental safeguards for GFCR investments
• Assess portfolio risks and mitigation measures
• Support safeguards due diligence and implementation systems
• Integrate gender and social inclusion into investment processes
• Provide technical guidance to investment partners and stakeholders
• Contribute safeguards reporting and knowledge products

• Relevant advanced degree and professional experience in environmental safeguards, risk management or inclusion
• Fluent English
