Prepares daily meals for unaccompanied migrant children at an IOM accommodation centre in Athens, supporting safe, reliable and cost-effective food services. The role maintains kitchen hygiene and equipment, tracks supplies and shortages, follows food-safety procedures, coordinates meal planning with shelter teams, and trains beneficiaries in meal preparation while working weekend and holiday morning shifts.

• Supervise kitchen cleanliness and equipment
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks twice daily
• Record food supplies and shortages and report them to the Shelter Coordinator
• Ensure compliance with food-safety handling and personal-hygiene procedures
• Coordinate meal-planning needs with shelter teams
• Train beneficiaries in meal preparation

• Certificate of relevant professional experience or certified training
• Valid health certificate and successful food-handler examinations
• Fluency in Greek

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience working with children or vulnerable populations
