Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare an inception report, methodology and data-collection instruments
- Conduct desk review and mixed-methods research in the West Bank and Gaza
- Analyse findings on cash assistance and care services
- Identify policy, institutional and operational gaps
- Prepare and revise the study report
- Present findings and policy recommendations
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in social policy, public policy, development studies, sociology, economics, public health, statistics, social work or related discipline
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and research skills with quantitative and qualitative datasets
- Fluency in Arabic
- Legal right to live and work in the specified working location
Desired Criteria
- Experience with national ministries, UN agencies or international organizations
- Knowledge of the Palestinian social protection system
- English fluency
