• Prepare an inception report, methodology and data-collection instruments
• Conduct desk review and mixed-methods research in the West Bank and Gaza
• Analyse findings on cash assistance and care services
• Identify policy, institutional and operational gaps
• Prepare and revise the study report
• Present findings and policy recommendations

• Master’s degree in social policy, public policy, development studies, sociology, economics, public health, statistics, social work or related discipline
• At least seven years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical and research skills with quantitative and qualitative datasets
• Fluency in Arabic
• Legal right to live and work in the specified working location

• Experience with national ministries, UN agencies or international organizations
• Knowledge of the Palestinian social protection system
• English fluency
