Job Description

Provides cross functional client and systems support for FAO's shared-service transactions across procurement, finance, travel and human resources. The analyst resolves processing issues, manages administrative-system access, guides users on corporate rules and procedures, and uses service-request evidence to improve transaction quality and customer experience within agreed service levels.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on Procure to Pay, finance, travel and HR transactions in FAO's Global Resource Management System
  • Support users of FAO corporate systems including the Budget Maintenance Module, Management Information System, Taleo and HCM
  • Manage access to FAO administrative systems
  • Investigate complex cases, document evidence and guide the relevant client-support team
  • Handle service requests through the tracking system and voice line within service-level agreements
  • Identify transaction-processing problems and data discrepancies, propose adjustments and participate in system-change testing

Role Requirements

  • Completed secondary school
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in client support or a relevant field
  • Working knowledge of English (C1)
  • Thai nationality or residence with a valid work permit

Desired Criteria

  • Familiarity with a client-relations management tool such as ServiceNow or Workday
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
  • Knowledge of another FAO language is desirable
