Job Description
WIPO is recruiting two P-2 Client Advisors for PCT Client Service Teams in Geneva. Each adviser will be a focal point for small and medium PCT clients, examine complex international-patent formalities in at least two languages, answer customer queries and support quality control. The post also provides business input to PCT system and IT-tool development, supports electronic services, and trains colleagues and users.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Act as focal point for small and medium PCT clients and provide proactive advice and training
- Examine complex patent-application formalities and related correspondence in at least two languages
- Resolve complex customer queries and liaise with PCT users and authorities
- Conduct quality control, publication review and workflow-improvement activities
- Contribute PCT business input and testing for electronic systems and tools
Role Requirements
- First-level university degree
- At least three years of PCT experience in an IP office or comparable environment
- Experience examining patent-application formalities
- Excellent English and either French or German
