Job Description
Provide UNICEF Kyrgyzstan with technical coordination and documentation support for child-rights and results monitoring. The UN Volunteer prepares consultations and workplan follow-up, compiles programme evidence, supports country-programme planning and research, and strengthens tracking, knowledge management and reporting with Parliament, the Child Rights Commissioner's Office and other partners.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation, logistics and follow-up for the UNICEF-Parliament Joint Work Plan
- Support the Child Rights Commissioner's Office Action Plan with meeting materials and progress tracking
- Compile and analyse programme information for briefing notes and child-protection monitoring
- Support consultations, results analysis and evidence generation for the 2028–2032 Country Programme
- Contribute to research, studies, evaluations and data analysis for policy dialogue
- Document programme results, lessons learned and evidence for advocacy and reporting
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social sciences, public policy, public administration, international development, human or child rights, statistics, monitoring and evaluation or a related field
- Understanding of results-based management, planning, monitoring, reporting and evidence-informed programming
- Understanding of child rights principles and monitoring mechanisms
- Ability to compile and summarise qualitative and quantitative information
- English and Russian

- Experience with data visualization or digital collaboration tools
