Summary of Responsibilities
- Direct an integrated talent-management strategy aligned with UN Women’s workforce priorities
- Institutionalise talent analytics and strategic workforce-planning capabilities
- Shape workforce strategies for staffing models, talent deployment and development
- Transform performance management towards continuous skills growth and multi-source feedback
- Oversee coaching, mentoring, career advisory and developmental-assignment programmes
- Set learning and professional-development priorities and oversee funding allocation
- Establish a shared leadership model, leadership programmes and succession-planning framework
- Lead three HR specialists and one administrative staff member with delegated authority
Role Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, public administration, organizational development or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of experience
- At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or workforce management
- Experience in talent management and organisational-development or change interventions
- Experience leading and managing personnel in international settings
- Experience using computers, office software, spreadsheets, databases and analytical software
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Professional certification in HR Management, Talent Management or Talent Analytics
- Experience enhancing performance-management systems
- Experience in workforce planning
- Experience using a modern web-based ERP system, preferably Oracle Cloud
