Business Analyst, RVPONew

Drives data-informed transformation for IATA’s Asia-Pacific Regional Office. The analyst acts as a subject-matter expert in data analysis and Power BI, develops business-intelligence outputs, researches market trends, and produces reports that support regional stakeholder engagement. The role also coordinates data needs across offices and helps plan, execute and monitor regional campaigns.

• Act as a data-analysis and Power BI subject-matter expert for regional performance and improvement
• Design, develop and maintain business-intelligence outputs
• Gather and analyse market intelligence and research for the Asia-Pacific region
• Collaborate with regional, headquarters and local-office stakeholders on data requirements
• Produce tailored market reports for local and regional engagement
• Assist planning, execution and monitoring of regional campaigns

• University degree in business, economics or a related discipline
• Strong planning and analytical capabilities with organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to lead projects and work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in spoken and written English
