Job Description
Provides business advisory support to SMEs in Mersin seeking cross-border trade opportunities under an IOM project. The role tracks trade regulations and market developments, delivers training and networking activities, and strengthens partnerships, online business platforms and project reporting to help enterprises expand sustainable economic cooperation.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide business advisory services to SMEs pursuing cross-border trade
- Track local and international trade regulations and policy changes
- Facilitate trade-related training and business-to-business networking events
- Identify and promote cross-border trade opportunities for SMEs
- Maintain and review business-networking platforms and online tools
- Conduct follow-up with SMEs to assess engagement and progress
- Build local and international stakeholder networks
- Monitor, report on and assess project objectives and progress
Role Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, economics, engineering, education or a related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Proven experience facilitating events and training activities
- Proven experience in private-sector or labour-market programmes
- Proven experience working with government bodies
Desired Criteria
- Advanced degree
- Previous experience with UN agencies
