Job Description
Develops and delivers trade and investment intelligence projects, customised market-analysis tools and capacity-building services for trade and investment support institutions. The role combines project implementation, research and analysis of trade information, workshops and client-focused consulting to help institutions provide practical intelligence and online solutions to their business clients.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support development, implementation and evaluation of trade and investment intelligence projects
- Monitor project progress, identify issues and recommend corrective action
- Research, analyse and present trade and investment information and statistical data
- Support policy coordination, evaluations and research studies
- Help deliver client consulting assignments, workshops and action plans
- Design and administer data-collection tools and analyse survey responses
- Prepare analytical papers, reports, publications and presentations
- Support meetings, conferences, outreach and training on market-analysis tools
Role Requirements
- First-level university degree in business administration, management, economics or a related field, or an advanced degree accepted in lieu of relevant professional experience
- At least two years of relevant experience in project or programme management administration or a related area
- English at UN Level III in reading, writing, listening and speaking
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting trade and investment intelligence projects
- Experience designing, developing and monitoring customised web solutions for businesses, including the Global Trade Helpdesk
