Summary of Responsibilities
- Facilitate development, implementation and evaluation of assigned programme and project activities
- Monitor project delivery, review reports, identify issues and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct research and analyse statistical and other information from diverse sources
- Support policy coordination, evaluations, consulting assignments and action-plan development
- Design and analyse survey and data-collection activities
- Prepare analytical notes, reports, studies, publications and meeting materials
- Develop outreach, training and communication materials for country and programme-level activities
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business administration, management, economics or a related field; a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted
- At least two years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or international trade
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Applicants must be locally residing Egyptian nationals and authorised to work at the duty station
Desired Criteria
- Experience in fibre, textiles, clothing or manufacturing projects is desirable
- Experience supporting enterprises and business-support organisations in developing countries is desirable
- Knowledge of French is desirable
