Job Description
Monitors regulatory change and turns its institutional implications into structured intelligence for a UNDP-CNJ cybersecurity project in Brazil. The remote role analyses standards, prioritises risks, maintains knowledge repositories and produces alerts and reports that strengthen normative governance, compliance and the Judiciary's capacity to protect digital systems.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse national and international regulatory changes relevant to the institutional context
- Identify regulatory trends, risks and potential impacts
- Classify and prioritise applicable standards, guidelines and regulations
- Structure regulatory-intelligence processes and maintain knowledge repositories
- Prepare regulatory alerts, impact analyses and executive materials for committees and leaders
- Support internal teams to interpret rules and translate impacts into operational implications
- Improve normative-governance mechanisms and information-management practices
Role Requirements
- Completed secondary education, or a university degree in Law, Computer Science, International Relations, Public Management or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with secondary education or 4 years with a university degree in regulatory intelligence, compliance, governance, regulatory law or related work
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Portuguese
Desired Criteria
- Experience analysing legal acts and regulations in public, corporate or regulatory settings
- Experience auditing or reviewing cybersecurity controls using recognised frameworks
- Postgraduate study in governance, regulatory intelligence, compliance, the Judiciary, digital law or regulatory law
