Job Description
UNDP’s Justiça 4.0 programme seeks a Scrum Associate to strengthen agile software delivery for Brazil’s judiciary. The role will facilitate planning, daily, review and retrospective ceremonies; manage product and sprint backlogs; track work in Jira; remove delivery impediments; monitor milestones and solution quality; improve team practices; and coordinate CNJ, UNDP and project stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Conduct and organize agile planning, daily, review and retrospective ceremonies
- Support product and sprint backlog definition, prioritization and refinement
- Monitor and record activities, tasks and issues in Jira
- Track delivery deadlines and technical and qualitative solution quality
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team workflow
- Systematize lessons, evidence and good practices for institutional use
Role Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least seven years with high school or four years with university education facilitating agile ceremonies and practices in IT projects
- Experience with the software development life cycle
- Experience applying agile practices with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in Portuguese
Desired Criteria
- Experience coordinating technical teams, business areas and stakeholders
- Jira administration including Kanban boards, workflows, permissions and JQL
- Scrum certification such as PMI-ACP, A-CSM, PSM II or PSM III
