Summary of Responsibilities

  • Lead technical and operational project activities
  • Ensure technical quality and progress reporting
  • Facilitate gender and climate capacity-building activities
  • Map stakeholders and promote engagement
  • Assess institutional and sectoral capacities
  • Develop training and knowledge products

Role Requirements

  • Completed secondary education; degree in social sciences, humanities, natural-resource management or economics advantageous
  • At least six years relevant experience with lower education or three years with university degree
  • Experience in public policy, climate change, environmental management and social transformation
  • Gender and climate change or natural-resource management experience
  • English and Spanish fluency
