Creates short, engaging videos that help UNDP Madagascar partners and communities apply gender-integration guidance. The assignment turns existing text into culturally relevant visual concepts, animated Malagasy-language clips and French-subtitled formats for social platforms, while organising final assets for communication, awareness raising and training use.

• Turn existing text into dynamic visual concepts for short videos
• Design or adapt gender-sensitive visual elements reflecting the Malagasy context
• Produce Malagasy-language animated infographics lasting 30 to 90 seconds
• Edit and animate visuals with appropriate pacing and Malagasy sound elements
• Add French subtitles and visual-identity elements
• Create platform-specific formats for Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Organise and archive final productions for communication, awareness raising and training

• Strong mini-video design and editing skills
• Knowledge of video-editing software
• Good oral and written communication skills

• French

• Basic knowledge and professional experience in gender within the Malagasy context
• Degree in motion design, video animation or a related field
