Job Description
Develops two presentation resources for UNDP's Crisis Bureau to strengthen learning and advocacy on gender-responsive crisis recovery. The assignment converts a 200-page Gender and Recovery Toolkit and a 30-page Women, Peace and Security report into clear, engaging visual narratives for country offices, partners, senior stakeholders and internal teams, using data, case studies and policy recommendations.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Translate the Gender and Recovery Toolkit into an accessible training presentation
- Summarise the toolkit's core guidance, case studies and best practices across approximately 200 pages
- Develop a presentation from the annual Women, Peace and Security report for advocacy and stakeholder engagement
- Visualise report data, case studies and policy recommendations through clear graphics
- Distil the report's key progress, challenges and initiatives into an impactful 30-page source-based narrative
Role Requirements
- Strong PowerPoint and Canva presentation-design skills
- Experience applying instructional-design and learning principles
- Ability to visualise complex information through charts, graphs and infographics
