Communication and Reporting Analyst

Leads communications and reporting for a UNDP Nepal project. The analyst develops strategy and multimedia products, documents results, manages media networks, tracks engagement, supports advocacy and donor reporting, integrates gender and social inclusion, and turns technical findings into accessible stories.

• Develop and update the project communications and visibility strategy
• Produce press releases, newsletters, infographics, reports, case studies, photo essays and videos
• Maintain a digital media and knowledge-product library
• Track communications outputs, coverage, engagement and milestones
• Build media relationships and coordinate coverage of events and site visits
• Translate technical findings into accessible products for diverse audiences
• Organise outreach, advocacy campaigns, workshops and public events
• Support donor engagement, monitoring missions and resource mobilisation
• Integrate gender, social inclusion and safeguards into communications and reporting

• Master’s degree in communications, journalism, media relations, external relations, public affairs, international development, social sciences or a relevant field, or bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience
• Fluent English
• Fluent Nepali
