Graphic Design of an Outlook Email-Signature Banner

Creates a professional, responsive email-signature banner for UNDP’s Sustainable Agriculture Support Project in the DRC. The online volunteer develops several lightweight design options, integrates agricultural and forest themes, follows the required partner-logo order, and incorporates feedback into the selected design.

• Design an Outlook-compatible institutional email-signature banner
• Integrate sustainable-agriculture, seed, forest and DRC visual themes
• Apply the required co-branding order for official partner logos
• Produce a lightweight design readable on desktop and mobile devices
• Present up to three options and revise the selected design after feedback

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, visual identity or digital communications materials
• Advanced command of professional graphic-design software
• Understanding of image weight, resolution and email-signature dimensions
• Ability to follow strict institutional visual-identity rules
• Portfolio demonstrating previous graphic-design work
